This Waiver & Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned participant, renter, organization, parent/guardian, coach, volunteer, spectator, vendor, or attendee (“Participant”) in connection with the use of the Coosa Campus facilities and property. By entering onto or using the property, facilities, athletic fields, stadiums, parking lots, buildings, or event spaces associated with Coosa Campus, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participant understands and acknowledges that participation in athletic activities, events, training, recreation, or use of the facilities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

 Bodily injury
 Illness
 Permanent disability
 Death
 Property damage
 Slips, trips, and falls
 Contact with other participants
 Equipment failure
 Weather-related hazards
 Negligence of other participants
 Unknown or unforeseen risks

Participant voluntarily accepts and assumes all risks associated with participation and use of the facilities.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue:

 Coosa Campus
 Coosa Consulting Corporation
 Coosa Land Services, LLC
 Coosa Investments, LLC

 Their owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to:

 Use of the facilities
 Participation in activities or events
 Presence on the property
 Injury, illness, death, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. MEDICAL TREATMENT AUTHORIZATION

Participant authorizes Coosa Campus and its representatives to obtain emergency medical treatment if necessary.

Participant understands and agrees that:

 Coosa Campus does not provide medical insurance coverage.
 The participant are financially responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

4. PROPERTY DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY

Participant agrees to be financially responsible for any damage caused to:

 Athletic fields
 Turf
 Buildings
 Bleachers
 Equipment
 Parking areas
 Restrooms
 Concessions
 Other campus property
caused by the Participant, their guests, team members, organization, or invitees.

5. RULES & CONDUCT

Participant agrees to:

 Follow all posted rules and instructions
 Conduct themselves safely and responsibly
 Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
 Respect facility staff and security personnel

Coosa Campus reserves the right to remove any person engaging in:

 Unsafe conduct
 Illegal activity
 Disorderly behavior
 Property damage
 Violation of facility policies without refund.

6. PHOTO / MEDIA RELEASE

Participant grants Coosa Campus permission to use photographs, video, or recordings taken during events or facility usage for:

 Marketing
 Promotional materials
 Social media
 Website content
 Advertising

Without compensation or additional approval unless prohibited in writing before the event.

7. MINOR PARTICIPANTS

If the Participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign below.

Parent/Guardian acknowledges that:

 They have read and understood this Agreement.
 They accept all risks on behalf of the minor.
 They agree to all terms and conditions contained herein.

8. SEVERABILITY

If any portion of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By signing below, Participant acknowledges that:

 They have carefully read this Agreement.
 They fully understand its contents.
 They understand they are giving up certain legal rights.
 They voluntarily agree to all terms.
